For businesses with revenue up to €1M, e-invoicing is mandatory from 2 November 2026 and, from 1 February 2027, B2B invoices can only be issued through a certified provider (or AADE’s own apps). Kronn Smart includes the provider in every plan, with no second subscription.

Frequently asked questions
Can I send a management office all of its buildings’ documents together?
Yes. Add the management office as a partner and link the buildings it has assigned to you. Once all their monthly documents are issued, one email goes out automatically with a single PDF containing them all.
How are apartment blocks billed, since they are not businesses?
With a service receipt, which is transmitted to myDATA like any other document. Offices and shops receive a service invoice. Every document shows the reference month and carries a unique payment code and IBAN, so the building manager knows what to pay and where.
What does mandatory e-invoicing change for a cleaning company?
Invoices to businesses — for a cleaning company, every invoice to offices, shops and companies — are covered: if your revenue is up to €1M, from 2 November 2026 they are issued electronically and, from 1 February 2027, only through a certified e-invoicing provider. Kronn Smart includes the provider in every plan, so there is no second subscription.
