When is custom tooling worth it over off-the-shelf software?
When your processes differ from what packaged software covers, when you pay for 5+ tools that don’t talk to each other, or when your team loses hours to manual work that could be automated. Custom tooling costs more upfront but pays for itself in productivity.
How long does an internal tool take to build?
A focused first release (MVP) typically takes 4–10 weeks depending on complexity. We work in stages: ship something useful early, then evolve it based on real usage.
Who owns the code?
You do. The code, the data and the infrastructure belong to your business. We don’t lock you into proprietary platforms.
What happens after delivery?
We offer maintenance and evolution retainers: hosting, updates, new features, support. Software is a living system — we look after it as if it were our own.
