Data controller
The controller of personal data collected through kronn.gr is “KRONN Μονοπρόσωπη Ι.Κ.Ε.” (Tax ID: [ΑΦΜ — placeholder], G.E.MI. no.: [Αρ. ΓΕΜΗ — placeholder]), contact email: [email protected].
What data we collect
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form or the call-booking system: full name, email, company name (optional) and the content of your message. The site does not use tracking or advertising cookies and requires no cookie consent, as it stores no identifiers on your device.
Purpose of processing
Your data is used exclusively to respond to your request and communicate with you about potential collaboration. It is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes and is not used for automated decision-making.
Visitor statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)
To understand how the site is used, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics — a measurement service that uses no cookies, stores no identifiers on your device and does not track visitors across websites. When a page loads, technical data (such as IP address and browser type) is transiently processed by Cloudflare, Inc. acting as our processor, solely to produce aggregate, anonymous statistics. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in measuring how the site performs.
Third-party services that process data
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Call booking runs on the Cal.com platform: when you choose to book a call, the details you enter (name, email, answers) are processed by Cal.com Inc., which may use strictly necessary functional cookies within the booking widget. Contact form messages are delivered through the Resend email service (Plus Five Five, Inc.). These providers act as processors on our behalf; any transfers outside the EEA are covered by the safeguards provided for under the GDPR (standard contractual clauses and/or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).
Retention & your rights
Data is retained for as long as our communication requires and no longer than 24 months from last contact, unless a contractual relationship arises. Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure and objection. To exercise them, write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
