For businesses with revenue up to €1M, e-invoicing is mandatory from 2 November 2026 and, from 1 February 2027, B2B invoices can only be issued through a certified provider (or AADE’s own apps). Kronn Smart includes the provider in every plan, with no second subscription.

Frequently asked questions
Can I see the whole fleet’s availability in one calendar?
Yes. The calendar shows every vehicle and category by day, with bookings, returns and vehicles in for service. A new booking cannot overlap another on the same vehicle.
How do you handle long-term leases to companies?
With recurring invoices: the lease is invoiced automatically every month, emailed to the company and, with a bank connection, the payment is matched as soon as it lands in your account.
Does mandatory e-invoicing apply to my rental business?
Yes, for every rental you invoice to a business. For businesses with revenue up to €1M, B2B invoices are issued electronically from 2 November 2026 and, from 1 February 2027, only through a certified e-invoicing provider. Kronn Smart includes the provider in every plan, and receipts to individuals are transmitted to myDATA as well.
How much does it cost?
Kronn Smart starts from €10 a month + VAT, billed yearly. Fleet, bookings, rental agreements and deposits are part of the industry pack, included in the Grow (€15 a month) and Scale plans.
