B2B invoices move to a provider. Kronn Smart has one built in.
For businesses with revenue up to €1M, e-invoicing is mandatory from 2 November 2026 and, from 1 February 2027, B2B invoices can only be issued through a certified provider (or AADE’s own apps). Kronn Smart includes the provider in every plan, with no second subscription.

Frequently asked questions
Can every customer have their own prices?
Yes. Set price lists per customer category and, where needed, special prices or discounts for specific customers and items. Every order and invoice automatically uses the price that applies to that customer.
How do I see which customers are paying late?
The receivables aging report splits open balances per customer into overdue bands. Payments are allocated to invoices — fully or partly — and any surplus stays as client credit. You can have reports emailed to you automatically on a schedule.
I’m a small wholesaler. Does mandatory e-invoicing apply to me?
Yes. From 2 November 2026 businesses with revenue up to €1M issue invoices to other businesses electronically too — larger ones have been in scope since 2 March 2026 — and from 1 February 2027 only through a certified e-invoicing provider, whatever their size. Kronn Smart includes the provider in every plan.
Can I fulfil orders in part?
Yes. If an item is short, ship what you have with a delivery note and the rest stays on back order until the goods arrive. You invoice only what was delivered.
