B2B invoices move to a provider. Kronn Smart has one built in.
For businesses with revenue up to €1M, e-invoicing is mandatory from 2 November 2026 and, from 1 February 2027, B2B invoices can only be issued through a certified provider (or AADE’s own apps). Kronn Smart includes the provider in every plan, with no second subscription.

Frequently asked questions
Can each contract customer have different rates?
Yes. Set a general tariff by weight, zone or distance and, on top of it, special terms for each contract. Every shipment is charged at the customer’s terms as soon as it is entered.
How do I keep track of cash on delivery?
Every COD shipment shows whether the amount was collected, by which driver, and whether it has been settled to the sender. You see what you owe each sender and record settlements in bulk.
What does e-invoicing change for transport companies?
Invoices to businesses — for a transport company, every monthly invoice to contract customers — are covered: if your revenue is up to €1M, from 2 November 2026 they are issued electronically and, from 1 February 2027, only through a certified e-invoicing provider. Kronn Smart includes the provider in every plan.
How much does it cost for a transport company?
Kronn Smart starts from €10 a month + VAT, billed yearly. Shipments, charging rules, fleet and cash on delivery are part of the industry pack, included in the Grow (€15 a month) and Scale plans. For very high document volumes there is Enterprise, priced on request.
