Kronn ERP for Events & equipment

Equipment rental and event management software

Know what is available each day, what is booked for which event and what came back — and invoice it correctly.

Sound, lighting, staging, furniture, marquees: in events the same equipment is rented out again and again, and every mistake costs money — a piece booked twice, or damage never charged. Kronn ERP keeps your equipment stock with availability per date, produces quotes and contracts per event, and invoices rentals and long-term leases through a certified e-invoicing provider, with transmission to myDATA.

Built for your line of work

The industry pack is included in Grow and Scale.

01

Equipment availability per date

For every equipment item, see how many units are free on each date, how many are booked and how many are under repair.

02

Bookings per event

Reserve equipment for a specific event and dates, with transport and set-up; the system stops you before you book something you don’t have.

03

Quotes per event

A quote with equipment, crew, transport and set-up, under your logo; once approved it becomes a booking and then an invoice.

04

Rental and lease contracts

Contracts for short-term rental or long-term equipment leasing, with a monthly invoice issued automatically for as long as the contract runs.

05

Returns and damage

On return, check what came back: missing and damaged items are recorded and charged to the client, and the equipment becomes available again.

06

Deposits and advances

The advance secures the date and is offset on the final invoice; the deposit is refunded or covers any damage.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do I avoid renting the same equipment twice?

Every booking reserves quantities for specific dates. When you add equipment to a new quote or booking, you see how many units are still free on those days — and the system warns you before you reserve more than you own.

Are long-term equipment leases supported?

Yes. A lease contract reserves the equipment for its full term and creates a recurring invoice, drafted or issued automatically every month and emailed to the client.

What does 1 October 2026 mean for me?

From 1 October 2026 every invoice to a business must be issued through a certified e-invoicing provider — and in events most clients are businesses: hotels, companies, organisers. Kronn ERP includes the provider in every plan, with no second subscription.

Can I charge for damage after the event?

Yes. Anything returned damaged, or not returned at all, is recorded on the booking and charged on the final invoice or a separate document. If there is a deposit, the charge is offset against it.
