# Xodroulis — HoReCa — B2B Marketplace

> A marketplace for the HoReCa sector: connecting suppliers with hospitality businesses that move fast and get things done.

## The problem

Supply ordering in hospitality still runs on phone calls, messaging apps and notepads. Businesses can’t easily compare prices, suppliers lack a digital sales channel, and ordering mistakes cost both sides.

## The approach

We designed Xodroulis as a two-sided platform: suppliers publish catalogues, prices and availability; hospitality businesses order from multiple suppliers through one unified experience, with history, comparison and repeat orders. The hard part — per-customer B2B price lists, minimum quantities, delivery logic — is exactly what we built custom.

## The outcome

A digital channel for a sector that ran on analog: fewer phone calls, fewer mistakes, clear cost visibility for restaurants — and for suppliers, presence and orders without building their own store.
