- **Sizes, colours and barcodes**: Every variant — size, colour, shoe size — has its own stock and barcode, while item codes are generated automatically.
- **Retail receipts in seconds**: Find the item by barcode or code; the receipt is issued through the provider, transmitted to myDATA and emailed to the customer if they ask for it.
- **Returns and credit notes**: A return is a retail credit note against the original receipt, and the item goes back into that store’s stock automatically.

1. **Opening**: See yesterday’s sales per store and the items that need restocking.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can each store have its own stock?

Yes. Every store and warehouse has its own stock, sales deduct from the right location and transfers are recorded. Set a minimum per item and you are alerted before it runs out.

### Are sizes and colours supported?

Yes. An item can have as many variants as you need, each with its own barcode and stock. You see at a glance which size or colour is running low.

### Does the 1 October 2026 obligation apply to retail?

It applies to invoices between businesses (B2B). If you also sell to professionals — garages, contractors, other shops — those invoices must be issued through a certified e-invoicing provider from 1 October 2026. In Kronn ERP, receipts and invoices are issued from the same place, all transmitted to myDATA.

### I also sell to trade customers on credit. How do I see what they owe?

Every invoice on credit stays open until it is paid. Record full or partial payments, any overpayment stays as client credit, and the receivables aging report shows who is late and by how much.
