- **A till that takes cards and cash**: A counter sale closes with a receipt in seconds. Cards are charged on the linked POS terminal and a payment can be split between cash and card.
- **Retail and wholesale price for every item**: Consumers pay the retail price, trade customers the wholesale price or their own agreed price, with volume discounts calculated automatically.
- **Orders and quotes**: Send quotes as PDFs and record your trade customers’ orders. An order is fulfilled in full or in part; whatever is missing stays on back order until it arrives.
- **Delivery notes and consolidated invoices**: Goods leave with a delivery note and are invoiced per shipment or consolidated at the end of the month, as agreed with the customer.
- **Credit and limits per customer**: Payment terms and a credit limit for each trade customer, with a warning before you fulfil an order for a customer over the limit or with overdue invoices.
- **One stock for store, warehouse and e-shop**: Available, reserved and incoming per location. Till sales, orders and the e-shop all draw on the same stock.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can I have one price for consumers and another for trade customers?

Yes. Every item has a retail price, used at the till and on receipts, and a wholesale price for invoices. For specific customers or customer categories you set their own price lists and volume discounts, applied automatically to every order.

### Does the till connect to my card terminal?

Kronn ERP connects to card terminals (POS) from supported providers: the amount is sent to the terminal and the receipt is issued once the payment is approved. Tell us which terminal you have and we will confirm it is supported.

### Does the 1 October 2026 obligation apply to me?

Yes, for the invoices you issue to trade customers: from 1 October 2026 they must be issued through a certified e-invoicing provider. Kronn ERP includes the provider in every plan, and you issue retail receipts and invoices from the same place.

### Can I invoice in one go at the end of the month?

Yes. Each shipment leaves with a delivery note, and at the end of the period you issue one invoice for all of the customer’s delivery notes. Payments are allocated to invoices and the customer’s account always shows their balance.
