# Invoicing software for food wholesalers and suppliers — Kronn ERP

> Orders, delivery notes, batches and routes — and invoices built from them without retyping.

A food supplier works every day with restaurants, cafés and hotels: orders by phone, deliveries every morning, a different price for every customer and products with expiry dates. Kronn ERP links order, delivery note and invoice, tracks batches and expiry dates, and watches your customers’ credit limits. Every document is issued through a certified e-invoicing provider and transmitted to myDATA.

## Who it’s for

- Food and beverage wholesalers
- Suppliers to restaurants, cafés and hotels
- Fresh and frozen food distributors
- Producers selling directly to trade customers

## Built for your line of work

- **Price lists per customer**: Every restaurant or hotel with its own agreed prices and discounts, applied automatically to orders and invoices.
- **Orders**: Record the order as it comes in — phone, email, message — and turn it into a delivery note for tomorrow’s run in one click.
- **Delivery notes**: Every delivery goes out with a delivery note; at the end of the week or month, each customer’s notes become one consolidated invoice.
- **Batches and expiry dates**: Every goods receipt with batch and expiry date; see which customer got which batch and what is expiring soon in the warehouse.
- **Delivery routes**: The day’s orders are grouped by route and driver, with delivery notes ready before the truck leaves.
- **Credit limits and payment terms**: A credit limit and payment days per customer; a warning before you load for a customer who is over the limit or overdue.

The industry pack is included in Grow and Scale.

## A month with Kronn ERP

1. **Orders**: By the afternoon, tomorrow’s orders are recorded, with each customer’s prices applied automatically.
2. **Loading and delivery**: In the morning, delivery notes are printed per route with batches and expiry dates, and stock is updated.
3. **Invoicing**: Delivery notes become invoices — per delivery or consolidated — issued through the provider and emailed with a payment code and IBAN.
4. **Collections**: Payments are matched to invoices from your bank movements, and the aging report shows who is paying late.

## From €15 a month + VAT, with your industry pack

Grow includes the industry pack, recurring invoices, automated reports and one bank connection. The e-invoicing provider is included in every plan.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can I issue one invoice for several delivery notes?

Yes. Select a customer’s open delivery notes for the period you want and one invoice is issued referencing them all. The notes are marked as invoiced, so none is charged twice or forgotten.

### Do you track batches for traceability?

Yes. Every goods receipt is recorded with batch and expiry date, and every delivery note states which batch was delivered. If you need to trace a batch, you see at once which customers received it.

### What changes for food suppliers on 1 October 2026?

Almost all your customers are businesses, so almost all your invoices are covered: from 1 October 2026 every B2B invoice must be issued through a certified e-invoicing provider. Kronn ERP includes the provider in every plan, with automatic transmission to myDATA.

### How much does it cost?

Kronn ERP starts from €10 a month + VAT, billed yearly. Per-customer price lists, orders, delivery notes, batches and routes are part of the industry pack, included in the Grow (€15 a month) and Scale plans.
