1. **Quote**: The client receives the quote by email; on approval the project is created with its phases and payment milestones.
2. **Work and hours**: The team logs hours and expenses against the project as the design or supervision progresses.
3. **Milestone invoice**: A phase closes and the invoice is issued through the provider with a payment code and IBAN; monthly supervision fees are issued automatically each month.
4. **Collection**: Payments are allocated to invoices — with a bank connection, automatically from your account movements. The project always shows what is left to collect.

### Can I invoice a project in instalments?

Yes. Set payment milestones on the quote or the project, as a percentage or a fixed amount, and see which are ready to invoice. Each instalment is issued as a regular service invoice and the project keeps the full history.

### How do I handle monthly contracts, such as supervision or health-and-safety services?

With recurring invoices: set the amount and frequency once, and the invoice is drafted or issued automatically every period, with an email to the client.

### I’m a self-employed engineer. Does the 1 October 2026 obligation apply to me?

Yes, for the invoices you issue to businesses. From 1 October 2026 every B2B invoice must be issued through a certified e-invoicing provider, whatever the size of your business. Kronn ERP includes the provider in every plan, and receipts to private clients are transmitted to myDATA as well.

### How much does it cost for a technical office?
