## Frequently asked questions

### Does Kronn ERP store medical records?

No. Kronn ERP covers only the financial and administrative side: appointments, receipts, payments and balances. It holds no medical records, diagnoses or prescriptions — those stay in the clinical system you already use.

### Can I sell session packages?

Yes. Define packages with a number of sessions and a price; the patient pays once and each visit is deducted automatically. You always see how many sessions remain and how much has been prepaid.

### Does the 1 October 2026 obligation apply to medical practices?

It applies to invoices to businesses: from 1 October 2026 every B2B invoice — for example to companies for occupational health services — must be issued through a certified e-invoicing provider. In Kronn ERP, both patient receipts and business invoices go through the provider included in every plan, with transmission to myDATA.

### How much does it cost for a practice?

Kronn ERP starts from €10 a month + VAT, billed yearly. Appointments, the service price list, session packages and patient accounts are part of the industry pack, included in the Grow (€15 a month) and Scale plans.
