## A month with Kronn ERP

1. **Documents are prepared**: At the start of the month each building’s document is created automatically with the right reference month — as a draft to review, or already issued.
2. **Issued and transmitted**: On issue, each document passes through the provider to myDATA and receives its MARK, a unique payment code and your IBAN.
3. **Sent to clients**: Individual clients receive their PDF by email; each management office gets one consolidated email covering all its buildings.
4. **Collections and bank**: Payments are allocated to documents — with a bank connection, automatically from your account movements. You see at once which buildings still owe.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can I send a management office all of its buildings’ documents together?

Yes. Add the management office as a partner and link the buildings it has assigned to you. Once all their monthly documents are issued, one email goes out automatically with a single PDF containing them all.

### How are apartment blocks billed, since they are not businesses?

With a service receipt, which is transmitted to myDATA like any other document. Offices and shops receive a service invoice. Every document shows the reference month and carries a unique payment code and IBAN, so the building manager knows what to pay and where.

### What changes for a cleaning company on 1 October 2026?

From 1 October 2026, every invoice to a business must be issued electronically through a certified e-invoicing provider — for a cleaning company, every invoice to offices, shops and companies. Kronn ERP includes the provider in every plan, so there is no second subscription.

### How much does it cost?
