## Frequently asked questions

### Can I see the whole fleet’s availability in one calendar?

Yes. The calendar shows every vehicle and category by day, with bookings, returns and vehicles in for service. A new booking cannot overlap another on the same vehicle.

### How do you handle long-term leases to companies?

With recurring invoices: the lease is invoiced automatically every month, emailed to the company and, with a bank connection, the payment is matched as soon as it lands in your account.

### Does the 1 October 2026 e-invoicing obligation apply to me?

Yes, for every rental you invoice to a business. From 1 October 2026, B2B invoices must be issued through a certified e-invoicing provider. Kronn ERP includes the provider in every plan, and receipts to individuals are transmitted to myDATA as well.

### How much does it cost?

Kronn ERP starts from €10 a month + VAT, billed yearly. Fleet, bookings, rental agreements and deposits are part of the industry pack, included in the Grow (€15 a month) and Scale plans.
