## Frequently asked questions

### Can I find a part by another manufacturer’s code?

Yes. For each item you record its OEM codes and other manufacturers’ cross-references. Searching by any of them shows the item you stock, together with its stock level.

### How do I find what fits a car?

Pick the make, model and year, and Kronn ERP shows the items recorded as fitting that vehicle. You record fitment yourself for each item; Kronn ERP does not connect to external parts catalogues.

### I sell mostly to garages. What changes from 1 October 2026?

Invoices to garages and other businesses must now be issued through a certified e-invoicing provider. Kronn ERP includes the provider in every plan, so invoices and retail receipts are issued from the same place, all transmitted to myDATA.

### Can garages have their own prices and credit?

Yes. Set a wholesale price list and special prices or discounts for each garage or customer category, together with a credit limit and payment terms. The receivables aging report shows who is late and by how much.
