- **Stock per store**: See what is in each store and in the warehouse, transfer items between them and get an alert when an item drops below its minimum.
- **Sizes, colours and barcodes**: Every variant — size, colour, shoe size — has its own stock and barcode, while item codes are generated automatically.
- **Retail receipts in seconds**: Find the item by barcode or code; the receipt is issued through the provider, transmitted to myDATA and emailed to the customer if they ask for it.
- **Returns and credit notes**: A return is a retail credit note against the original receipt, and the item goes back into that store’s stock automatically.

## A month with Kronn Smart

1. **Opening**: See yesterday’s sales per store and the items that need restocking.
2. **Selling at the counter**: A receipt for the consumer, an invoice for the trade customer — both through the provider, with stock updated on every sale.
3. **Returns and exchanges**: The credit note is issued against the original receipt and the item returns to stock; an exchange is simply a return plus a new sale.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can each store have its own stock?

Yes. Every store and warehouse has its own stock, sales deduct from the right location and transfers are recorded. Set a minimum per item and you are alerted before it runs out.

### Are sizes and colours supported?

Yes. An item can have as many variants as you need, each with its own barcode and stock. You see at a glance which size or colour is running low.

### Does mandatory e-invoicing apply to retail?

It applies to invoices between businesses (B2B). If you also sell to professionals — technicians, contractors, other shops — those invoices are covered: for businesses with revenue up to €1M, from 2 November 2026 they are issued electronically and, from 1 February 2027, only through a certified e-invoicing provider. In Kronn Smart, receipts and invoices are issued from the same place, all transmitted to myDATA.

### I also sell to trade customers on credit. How do I see what they owe?

Every invoice on credit stays open until it is paid. Record full or partial payments, any overpayment stays as client credit, and the receivables aging report shows who is late and by how much.
