## E-invoicing · phase B from 2/11/2026

For businesses with revenue up to €1M, e-invoicing is mandatory from 2 November 2026 and, from 1 February 2027, B2B invoices can only be issued through a certified provider (or AADE’s own apps). Kronn Smart includes the provider in every plan, with no second subscription.

### What is Kronn Smart?

ERP and invoicing software for Greek businesses: it issues invoices and receipts through a built-in e-invoicing provider, transmits them to myDATA, tracks collections and balances, connects to your bank and adds features for your industry, such as stock and orders.

### Is it the same as Kronn ERP?

Yes. Kronn ERP was renamed Kronn Smart on 25 October 2026. The app, your account and your data stay the same and you don’t need to do anything; only the name changed.

### Is an e-invoicing provider included?

Yes. Every plan includes a certified provider, with no second subscription and no separate contract. Documents are transmitted to myDATA automatically.

### Does it cover mandatory e-invoicing?

Yes. With Kronn Smart, B2B invoices are issued through a certified provider and transmitted to myDATA automatically, as mandatory e-invoicing requires (from 2 November 2026 for businesses up to €1M; from 1 February 2027 only through a provider). For obligations specific to your business, check with your accountant.

### How much does it cost?

Starter is €10 a month + VAT (€120 + VAT a year), Grow €15 and Scale €40 a month, all billed yearly. For very high volume there is Enterprise, priced on request.

### What are credits?

The unit we measure your volume in. Each invoice to a business (B2B) uses 2 credits and each retail receipt (B2C) uses 1. The 20,000 credits of Starter and Grow, for example, are 10,000 invoices or 20,000 receipts a year, or any mix of the two; Scale has 50,000.

### Can I try it before paying?

Yes. After signing up you work in demo mode: you can try the whole app, but nothing is sent to AADE and nothing reaches your clients until you activate a plan.
